The Adult Novice League is a developmental program and follows a schedule of a practice
one week and a game the next. The teams are coached by the Aerodrome Coaching Staff
and games are refereed. The teams are coached by our professional coaches and the
players are on the ice for 1 hour per week in a game/practice rotation. Novice League
is held on Saturday nights.
- ALL NEW PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY THE CUT OFF DATE IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON
THE TEAM OF THEIR CHOICE.
- Each individual must register and pay the league fee in full. At the time of registration
they need to specify the team of their choice.
- Any team wishing to carry less than 15 players must pay the difference of the players
not rostered.
- WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO MOVE PLAYERS OUT OF THE NOVICE LEAGUE IF THEY ARE ABOVE THE
DEVELOPMENTAL LEVEL OF THE OTHER PLAYERS.
- All players will pay the $245.00 then after the season starts the teams will be
assessed the difference of the players not rostered.
Because this is a developmental league, we will handle All goalies as follows:
- Anyone interested in playing goal in the novice league should indicate that on the
contract at the time of registration.
- If we don’t have 2 goalies We will rotate goalies on teams so everyone gets a chance
to learn and play the position.
- NO team is guaranteed the same goalie from game to game, practice to practice and
season to season. We want everyone to have a chance at the position if they desire.
- This is a developmental program and follows a schedule of a practice one week and

- Players who are currently playing must register by the cut off date in order to
be guaranteed a spot on the team of choice.
- Players who miss the cut off date will be assigned to the teams needing numbers.
- New players will also be assigned on to teams should they miss the cut off date.
- All rosters are made up of 15 players plus goalies.
- We do not recommend freezing rosters as we want to grow this program and involve
as many players as possible.
