Saturday, December 14th 11am and 3pm
SHOW DAY!!!!!
9:30am Cast Call
Please arrive at 9:30am with hair and make-up completed!!! You will enter only through back stage entrance (located by the handicap parking to the right of the front doors). You will find the cast list on the wall with your skater assigned locker room. Check your skater in on the clip board in the locker room (this includes all featured skaters) and leave a cell number in case of emergencies. NO CAST MEMBERS MAY LEAVE THE RINK BETWEEN SHOWS.

Friday, December 13th
4:30pm-8:30pm - Dress rehearsal, FULL RUN THROUGH, Full Costume. No one may leave until dismissed by Show Director. Some groups will be going through numbers multiply times.

- 11:30am-12:30pm All Party guests and Party scene featured skaters (this includes Maids, Mayoress, Fritz, Clara, Bears, Toy Soldier, Prima Ballerina, Rag Doll, Harlequin, & Music Box Dancers)
Viewing Room Availability.
We have limited space upstairs in the viewing room for elderly, handicapped or anyone with special needs. ( and family members who need to accompany them). Patrons who use the upstairs area will still need to buy a GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET. As a note its usually warmer upstairs and the show music is piped through the speakers. Also send me a quick note if you plan on using upstairs so I know how many to expect. (mpoole@aerodromes.com)

Program Photo Sales.
Place a best wishes message to your child along with a color photo to be placed in the Nutcracker program. Parents must submit an electronic photo ONLY to mpoole@aerodromes.com along with their written wishes before 12/9/19
Places are limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis.

The first show ends at around 1:00pm followed by Cast Photos. We need all skaters back stage for the second show at 2:00pm. We strongly suggest that you don't venture out of the rink to eat as the Willowbrook area traffic gets crazy busy over the holiday season! Each year we cater a sandwich buffet lunch and drinks for skaters and parents that will be available after the first show. We order a selection of sandwiches (Meat and Vegetarian Options)

PK Sports Images is happy to share that we will be offering individual portrait photos during the 2019 Nutcracker on Ice on 12/14/19 at Aerodrome Ice. The photographer will also be taking action shots during the shows but at this time we are unsure if those photos will be available for purchase. Our goal is to offer only professional quality photographs so after he has had the opportunity to determine the quality of the photos we will let you all know how to proceed if offered for purchase.

Ticket Sales went ready fast last week. Thank you so much for your support of our Nutcracker!
As of today 11/18 we had a total of 7 on ice seating available (including bleacher seating).
We do hold a few ticket back for our owners and their family. When I know what show they are coming to I will be able to release any extra I have.
